Refund Policy

➤ Physical Products

Due to the handmade and limited edition nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to provide photographs of the damage so we can assess the issue. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement item or offer an alternative solution. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been used or opened, unless it is faulty.

➤ Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.
If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your file(s), please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make sure you receive the correct version.

Shipping Policy

We aim to begin shipping physical products from June 2025.
At launch, we expect to ship within the UK, with international shipping coming soon.
